Author Chris Swinney joins True Crime Tuesday in This Preview. Serial Killer Herbert Mullin terrorized the Santa Cruz, California, area at the same time the infamous Co-Ed Killer, Edmund Kemper, also killed in the area. Unlike Kemper, Mullin killed anyone for various reasons- young, old, men, women, children, and even a priest in a confession booth. He didn't adhere to a particular MO. Several deadly voices told him to kill... and he killed. He remains in custody hoping to get paroled out...but he can't seem to convince the Parole Board that he won't go back to killing if he's released
